Vintage Textured Parchment with Chickadee

Design a vintage, aged page background that is muted to allow for writing over it. The background should be highly textured and layered, evoking the feel of old parchment or weathered paper. Incorporate subtle, beautiful elements like faint floral patterns, delicate lace overlays, and faded script. Ensure the overall tone remains soft and elegant.
